8236 قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: وَقَالَهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ. متن مخفييُحْكَمُ عَلَي الَّذِي أَصَابَ الصَّيْدَ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً فِي الْعَمْدِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَقَالَ يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْعَمْدِ وَالْخَطَأِ وَالنِّسْيَانِ وَكُلَّمَا أَصَابَ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ عَفَا اللهُ عَمَّا سَلَفَ قَالَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَمَنْ أَصَابَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ لَمْ يَدَعْهُ اللهُ حَتَّى يَنْتَقِمَ مِنْهُ وَمَعَ ذَلِكَ الْكَفَّارَةُ سند مخفيقَالَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: وَقَالَهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَنْ
Translation
✧ 8236 'Abd al-Razzaq said: And Ibn Jurayj said it, from 'Ata'. Hidden text: Judgment is passed against the one who takes game once in the case of intentional killing. Then he retracted and said: Judgment is passed against him in intentional, accidental, and forgetful cases, and every time he takes game. 'Ata' said: “God has pardoned what is past.” He said: “In the pre-Islamic era.
