عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
لَا يُهْدِي أَحَدُكُمْ لِلهِ مَا يَسْتَحِي أَنْ يُهْدِيَ لِكَرِيمِهِ؛ اللهُ أَكْرَمُ الْكُرَمَاءِ، وَأَحَقُّ مَنِ اخْتِيرَ لَهُ
Translation
✧ None of you should offer to Allah what he would be ashamed to offer to his honored friend. Allah is the most generous of the generous, and the most deserving of having the best chosen for Him.
