عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَكَانَ يُقَالُ: لَا يَدْخُلُ بَيْتًا، وَلَا يَمُرُّ تَحْتَ سَقْفٍ تَحْتَ عَتَبٍ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ "
Translation
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: “Was it said that he should not enter a house, nor pass under a roof or a threshold?” He said: “Yes.”
