✧ The Sunnah of I'tikaf

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:
لَا يَعُودُ الْمُعْتَكِفُ مَرِيضًا، وَلَا يُجِيبُ دَعْوَةً، وَلَا يَتْبَعُ جِنَازَةً
Translation
✧ The person performing i'tikaf does not visit the sick, does not answer an invitation, and does not follow a funeral procession.
