عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَيَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَبِيتَ الْلَيْلَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، إِذَا كَانَ لَهُ فُسْطَاطٌ بِبَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَا يَضُرُّهُ فِي أَيِّهِمَا بَاتَ، وَأَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ يَبِيتَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I said to 'Ata': 'Is it obligatory for him to spend the night in the mosque?' He said: 'No. If he has a tent at the door of the mosque, it does not matter in which of them he spends the night, but I prefer that he spend the night in the mosque.'
