عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِنْ مَاتَ قَبْلَ سَابِعِهِ فَلَا عَقِيقَةَ عَلَيْهِ
Translation
✧ If he dies before his seventh day, there is no 'aqiqah required for him.
