✧ The sick person in Ramadan and his making up the fast

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
مَنْ تَتَابَعَهُ رَمَضَانُ آخَرُ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ لَمْ يَصِحَّ بَيْنَهُمَا قَضَى الْآخِرَ مِنْهُمَا بِصِيَامٍ، وَقَضَى الْأَوَّلَ مِنْهُمَا بِإِطْعَامِ مُدٍّ مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ، وَلَمْ يَصُمْ
Translation
✧ Whoever is reached by another Ramadan while he is sick and has not recovered between them, he should make up the latter of them by fasting, and make up the first of them by feeding a mudd of wheat, and he does not fast.
