عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ هَمَّامٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْمُنْتَشِرُ الْوَادِعِيُّ، أَنَّ عُمَيْرًا ذابيتان، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ
تَسَّحَرَ مَعَ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ بِالْكُوفَةِ فِي رَمَضَانَ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ، فَأَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ فَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ "، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: كَمْ بَيْنَ مَنْزِلِهِ وَبَيْنَ الْمَسْجِدِ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا بَيْنَ قَبْرِ زِيَادِ بْنِ فَيْرُوزَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَعْظَمِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from his father Hammām, who said: al-Muntashir al-Wādiʿī narrated to me that ʿUmayr [unclear] informed him that he
✧ "He ate the predawn meal with Sa'd b. Abi Waqqas in Kufa during Ramadan, then he went out and I was with him. He came to the mosque and the prayer had commenced." He said: I said: "How much was between his house and the mosque?" He said: "What is between the grave of Ziyad b. Fayruz and the Great Mosque."
