عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِمَنْسُوخَةٍ فَكَانَ يَقْرَؤُهَا ( يُطَوَّقُونَهُ ) هِيَ فِي الشَّيْخِ الَّذِي كُلِّفَ الصِّيَامَ، وَلَا يُطِيقُهُ فَيُفْطِرُ وَيُطْعِمُ
Translation
✧ It is not abrogated. He used to recite it as 'they are made to bear it.' It concerns the elderly person who is obligated to fast but is not able to do it, so he breaks the fast and feeds others.
