عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ،
أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ: ﴿وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ ﴾لَمْ يَنْسَخْهَا آيَةٌ أُخْرَى ﴿فَمَنْ شَهِدَ مِنْكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ﴾
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Abān, from Ibn Sīrīn,
✧ Ibn 'Abbas said about this verse: 'And upon those who are able to fast, a ransom of feeding a poor person.' No other verse abrogated it: 'So whoever of you witnesses the month, let him fast it.'
