✧ Injection during Ramadan and the man who has relations with his wife

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً
يُرَخِّصُ لِإِنْسَانٍ ظَمِئَ فِي قَضَاءِ رَمَضَانَ أَنْ يُفْطِرَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: وَأَمَرْتُ إِنْسَانًا، فَسَأَلَهُ أَيَنْزِلُ قَضَاءُ رَمَضَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ التَّطَوُّعِ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ He grants a concession for someone who is extremely thirsty while making up a Ramadan fast to break it. Ibn Jurayj said: I sent a man to ask him: 'Is making up a Ramadan fast to be treated like a voluntary fast?' He said: 'Yes.'
