عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ أَصَابَ إِنْسَانٌ أَهْلَهُ فِي قَضَاءِ رَمَضَانَ أَبْدَلَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ "، قُلْتُ: فَبَاشَرَهَا ؟ قَالَ: " وَيُبْدِلُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ، وَلَا يُفْطِرُ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, from ʿAṭāʾ, who said:
✧ If a man has relations with his wife while making up Ramadan, he replaces that day, and no expiation is due from him.' I said: 'What if he kisses her?' He said: 'He also replaces that day, but he does not break his fast.'
