عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَقُولُ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَلَكَ الْأَخِرُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " وَمَا ذَاكَ ؟ " قَالَ: أَصَبْتُ أَهْلِي فِي رَمَضَانَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: أَتَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تُعْتِقَ رَقَبَةً؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: " فَأَهْدِ بَدَنَةً "، قَالَ: وَلَا أَجِدُ، قَالَ: فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِمِكْتَلٍ فِيهِ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ صَاعًا، فَقَالَ: " تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا فَشَكَا إِلَيْهِ الْحَاجَةَ "، فَقَالَ: " عَلَيْكَ، وَعَلَى أَهْلِكَ، أَوْ قَالَ: عِشْرُونَ صَاعًا
Translation
✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O Messenger of God, the last one is ruined. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "And what is that?" He said: I touched my wife in Ramadan. The Prophet ﷺ said to him: "Can you free a slave?" He said: No. He said: "Then sacrifice a she-camel." He said: I cannot find one. He said: Then the Prophet ﷺ was brought a basket containing fifteen sa's. He said: "Give this in charity." The man complained to him of need, so he said: "It is for you and your family," or he said: "Twenty sa's."
