✧ Sexual speech and touching while fasting

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَبَلَغَكَ أَنَّهُ يُؤْمَرُ الْإِنْسَانُ إِذَا دُعِيَ إِلَى طَعَامٍ أَنْ يَقُولَ: إِنِّي صَائِمٌ ؟ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: إِذَا كُنْتَ صَائِمًا فَلَا تَجْهَلْ وَلَا تُسَابَّ وَإِنْ جُهِلَ عَلَيْكَ فَقُلْ: إِنِّي صَائِمٌ
Translation
✧ I asked 'Ata': Has it reached you that a person, when invited to food, should say: I am fasting? He said: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: When you are fasting, do not be ignorant or insult, and if someone is ignorant toward you, say: I am fasting.
