✧ Intimate contact for the fasting person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: يُبَاشِرُهَا مُفْضِيًا بِالنَّهَارِ ؟ قَالَ: لَمْ يَبْطُلْ صَوْمُهُ، وَلَكِنْ يُبْدِلُ يَوْمًا مَكَانَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ، وَلَا يُفْطِرُ، قُلْتُ: بَاشَرَهَا مُفْضِيًا حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ إِنْ كَانَ مُسْتَدْفِئًا، أَوْ غَيْرَ مُسْتَدْفِئٍ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِنْ كَانَ مَعَ الْفَجْرِ فَلَا
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': "He has intimate contact with her, skin to skin, during the day?" He said: "His fast is not invalidated, but he should make up a day in place of that day, and he does not break the fast." I said: "He had intimate contact with her, skin to skin, until morning?" He said: "There is no harm in that, whether he was seeking warmth or not, if nothing came out of him." Then he said after that: "If it was at the time of dawn, then no."
