✧ Intimate contact for the fasting person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْ سَمِعَ عِكْرِمَةَ

يَقُولُ فِي الْمُبَاشَرَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ: لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِنَّمَا هِيَ كَالْكِسْرَةِ شَمَّهَا، قَالَ: أَحَلَّ اللهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ بِيَدِهَا، وَبِأَدْنَى جَسَدِهَا، وَلَا يَأْخُذَ بِأَقْصَاهُ

Translation

✧ He said regarding intimate contact for the fasting person: "There is no harm in it; it is only like a morsel he smelled." He said: "Allah has permitted that he take her hand and the nearest part of her body, and not take the farthest part."
