عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ بَاشَرَهَا فِي النَّهَارِ جَزْلَتَهَا الْعُلْيَا، قَالَ: " لَا يَفْعَلْ "، قُلْتُ: يُبَاشِرُهَا بِالنَّهَارِ بَيْنَهُمَا ثَوْبٌ؟ قَالَ: أَمَّا شَيْءٌ يَتَعَمَّدُهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَلَا
Translation

✧ I said to 'Ata': "He had intimate contact with her during the day, touching her upper part?" He said: "He should not do that." I said: "He has intimate contact with her during the day with a cloth between them?" He said: "As for something he deliberately does of that, then no."
