✧ Kissing for the fasting person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يُسْأَلُ عَنِ الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِهَا إِنِ انْتَهَى إِلَيْهَا، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: أَفَيَقْبِضُ عَلَى سَاقِهَا ؟ قَالَ أَيْضًا: " اعْفُوا الصَّائِمَ لَا يَقْبِضُ عَلَى سَاقِهَا
Translation
✧ I heard Ibn ʿAbbās being asked about the kiss for a fasting person. He said, “There is no harm in it, if he restrains himself from what follows it.” Someone said, “May he touch her leg?” He also said, “Excuse the fasting person; he should not touch her leg.”
