عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ
أَنَّهُ قَبَّلَ امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، فَأَمَرَ امْرَأَتَهُ، فَسَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ "، فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُرَخَّصُ لَهُ فِي أَشْيَاءَ فَارْجِعِي إِلَيْهِ، فَقُولِي لَهُ ذَلِكَ، فَرَجَعَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: أَنَا أَتْقَاكُمْ، وَأَعْلَمُكُمْ بِحُدُودِ اللهِ
Translation

✧ He kissed his wife during the time of the Prophet ﷺ while he was fasting. He ordered his wife, so she asked the Prophet ﷺ about that. The Prophet ﷺ said, “The Messenger of God ﷺ does that.” His wife informed him, so he said, “The Prophet ﷺ is granted concessions in some matters. Go back to him and say that to him.” She returned to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him, and the Prophet ﷺ said, “I am the most God-fearing of you and the most knowledgeable of you regarding the limits of God.”
