✧ One who is overtaken by dawn in a state of janabah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ أَدْرَكَهُ الصُّبْحُ جُنُبًا، فَلَا صَوْمَ لَهُ قَالَ: فَانْطَلَقْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي، فَدَخَلْنَا عَلَى عَائِشَةَ، وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، فَسَأَلْنَاهُمَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَأَخْبَرَتَانَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ غَيْرِ حُلُمٍ، ثُمَّ يَصُومُ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ دَخَلْنَا عَلَى مَرْوَانَ، فَأَخْبَرْنَاهُ بِقَوْلِهِمَا، وَقَوْلِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَ: عَزَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمَا لَمَا ذَهَبْتُمَا إِلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، فَأَخْبَرْتُمَاهُ بِقَوْلِهِمَا، قَالَ: فَلَقِيَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ عِنْدَ بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبِي: إِنَّ الْأَمِيرَ عَزَمَ عَلَيْنَا فِي أَمْرٍ لِنَذْكُرَهُ لَكَ قَالَ: وَمَا هُوَ ؟ قَالَ: فَحَدَّثَهُ أَبِي قَالَ: فَتَلَوَّنَ وَجْهُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: هَكَذَا حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ، وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ
Translation
✧ 'Whoever is overtaken by dawn while in a state of janabah has no fast.' He said: So I and my father went and entered upon 'A'ishah and Umm Salamah, and asked them about that. They informed us that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would wake up in a state of janabah not from a wet dream, then he would fast. He said: Then we entered upon Marwan and informed him of their statement and the statement of Abu Hurayrah. He said: 'I adjure you both to go to Abu Hurayrah and inform him of their statement.' He said: We met Abu Hurayrah at the gate of the mosque, and my father said to him: 'The amir has adjured us concerning a matter to mention it to you.' He said: 'What is it?' He said: My father told him. He said: The face of Abu Hurayrah changed color, then he said: 'This is how al-Fadl b. al-'Abbas narrated it to us, and he knows best.'
