✧ One who is overtaken by dawn in a state of janabah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، وَعَائِشَةَ: " " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
كَانَ يُدْرِكُهُ الْفَجْرُ، وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ فَيَصُومُ
Translation
✧ He would be overtaken by dawn while he was in a state of janabah from his wife, then he would perform ghusl and fast.
