✧ Breaking the fast on a cloudy day

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ:
يُتِمُّهُ، وَيَقْضِي يَوْمًا مَكَانَهُ، وَإِنْ أَكَلَ وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّ عَلَيْهِ لَيْلًا، فَإِذَا هُوَ قَدْ أَصْبَحَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ
Translation
✧ He completes it and makes up a day in its place. And if he eats while thinking that night is still upon him, and then it turns out that morning has come, he must make it up.
