7445 7390 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ مِثْلَهُ، وَقَالَهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ. متن مخفيإِذَا أَفْطَرَ الرَّجُلُ فِي رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ بَدَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَقْضِيَهُ وَإِنْ أَكَلَ فِي الصُّبْحِ وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ اللَّيْلُ لَمْ يَقْضِهِ
Translation
✧ 7445 7390 - Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from Hisham b. 'Urwah, from his father, the like of it, and Ibn Jurayj said it from 'Ata'. Hidden text: If a man breaks his fast in Ramadan and then the sun appears, he must make it up; but if he eats at dawn while thinking it is still night, he does not have to make it up.
