✧ The man who rinses his mouth and sniffs water while fasting and water enters his throat
7437 7382 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مِثْلَهُ. متن مخفيفِي الرَّجُلِ يُمَضْمِضُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَيَدْخُلُ بَطْنَهُ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ لِلْمَكْتُوبَةِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ تَطَوُّعًا فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ
Translation
✧ 7437 7382 - Abd al-Razzaq, from Abu Hanifah, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, the like of it. Light text regarding a man who rinses his mouth while fasting and it enters his stomach: He said: If it was for the obligatory prayer, then there is nothing upon him; if it was voluntary, then he must make it up.
