أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ أَسْلَمَ النَّصْرَانِيُّ فِي بَعْضِ رَمَضَانَ صَامَ مَا مَضَى مِنْهُ، وَإِنْ أَسْلَمَ فِي آخِرِ النَّهَارِ صَامَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, from ʿAṭāʾ, who said:
✧ If a Christian embraces Islam during part of Ramadan, he should fast what has passed of it. If he embraces Islam at the end of the day, he should fast that day.
