✧ The Christian embracing Islam during part of Ramadan

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ،
عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فِي النَّصْرَانِيِّ وَالْيَهُودِيِّ يُسْلِمُ فِي بَعْضِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ قَالَ: يَصُومُ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ
Translation
✧ From Qatadah regarding a Christian or Jew who embraces Islam during part of the month of Ramadan: “He should fast what remains of the month.”
