أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ " أَبَى أَنْ يُجِيزَ هَاشِمَ بْنَ عُتْبَةَ الْأَعْوَرَ وَحْدَهُ عَلَى رُؤْيَةِ هِلَالِ رَمَضَانَ
