عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَا يَجُوزُ عَلَى رُؤْيَةِ الْهِلَالِ إِلَّا رَجُلَانِ
