قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ:
قُلْنَا لِمَعْمَرٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ شَهِدَ رَجُلَانِ أَنَّهُمَا رَأَيَاهُ بِالْأَمْسِ، وَشَهِدَا مِنْ آخِرِ النَّهَارِ، وَكَانَا قَدِمَا مِنْ سَفَرٍ، هَلْ يُفْطِرُ النَّاسُ ذَلِكَ الْعَشِيَّ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَيَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْغَدِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq said:
✧ We said to Maʿmar: What do you think if two men testify that they saw it yesterday, and they testify at the end of the day, and they had arrived from a journey—should the people break the fast that evening? He said: Yes, and they go out the next day.
