✧ When is the child commanded to fast?
7347 7292 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَقَتَادَةَ مِثْلَهُ.

يُؤْمَرُ الصَّبِيُّ بِالصَّلَاةِ إِذَا عَرَفَ يَمِينَهُ مِنْ شِمَالِهِ وَبِالصَّوْمِ إِذَا أَطَاقَهُ
Translation
✧ The child is commanded to pray when he knows his right from his left, and to fast when he is able to.
