عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي زَرْعٍ يُسْقَى بِالْغَرْبِ وَالسَّمَاءِ عَلَى أَيِّهِمَا صَدَقَتُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " عَلَى الَّذِي أَحْيَاهُ، وَعَلَى الَّذِي غَلَبَهُ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَتُهُ
Translation

✧ Regarding crops irrigated by a large bucket (gharb) and by rain: on which basis is its zakāh? He said: “On whichever gives it life, and on whichever predominates over it; its zakāh is according to that.”
