Translation
✧ Vegetables irrigated by bucket—always irrigated by bucket—I sold them for gold. How much is due on them? Is it half of one-tenth, like crops? He said: “No. It is gold like any gold that circulates: for every twenty dīnārs, half a dīnār; and for every forty dīnārs, one dīnār.”
