عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ:
نَقُولُ فِي الْحَرْثِ: إِذَا أُعْطِيَتْ زَكَاتُهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ فَحَالَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْلُ عِنْدَكَ، فَلَا تُزَكِّيهِ، حَسْبُكَ الْأُولَى ". قَالَ: وَقَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: " حَسْبُكَ الْأُولَى ". قَالَ: وَقَالَ لِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ: " مَا سَمِعْتُ فِيهِ بِغَيْرِ الْأُولَى
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: ʿAbd al-Karīm said to me:
✧ We say regarding crops: if its zakāh is paid the first time, then a year passes while it is with you, do not pay zakāh on it again; the first suffices you.” He said: ʿAṭāʾ said to me: “The first suffices you.” He said: ʿAmr b. Dīnār said to me: “I have not heard anything about it other than the first.”
