عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا الْجُعْفِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَهُ طَعَامٌ مِنْ أَرْضِهِ يُرِيدُ بَيْعَهُ قَدْ زَكَّى أَصْلَهُ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: " لَيْسَ فِيهِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يُبَاعَ "، قَالَ: وَقَالَ النَّخَعِيُّ: " فِيهِ زَكَاةٌ
Translation
✧ I asked Jābir al-Juʿfī about a man who has food from his land that he wants to sell, and he has already paid zakāh on its original produce. He said: al-Shaʿbī said: “No zakāh is due on it until it is sold.” He said: And al-Nakhaʿī said: “Zakāh is due on it.”
