عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَعَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَقَرَأْتُهُ فِي كِتَابٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عِنْدَ كُلِّ رَجُلٍ كَتَبَهُ لَهُمْ: "
فِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ وَالْأَرْشِيَةِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ - قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: " وَلَا أَعْلَمُ فِيهِ اخْتِلَافًا - وَفِيمَا كَانَ بَعْلًا، وَفِيمَا كَانَ بِالْكَظَائِمِ، وَفِيمَا كَانَ نَجْلًا الْعُشْرُ "، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْ فِيهِ اخْتِلَافًا
Translation
✧ On what is watered by manual irrigation (naḍḥ) and ropes and buckets: half of one-tenth. Maʿmar said: "I do not know of any disagreement about it. And on what is baʿl, and on what is watered by kaẓāʾim, and on what is a spring (najl): one-tenth." Maʿmar said: "I have not heard any disagreement about it."
