✧ What the Sky Waters

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
مَا سُقِيَ فَتْحًا أَوْ سَقَتْهُ السَّمَاءُ فَفِيهِ الْعُشْرُ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالْغَرْبِ فَنِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
Translation
✧ What is irrigated by flooding (fatḥan) or what the sky waters: on it one-tenth; and what is irrigated by the large bucket (gharb): half of one-tenth.
