✧ What the Sky Waters

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْبَعْلُ وَالْأَنْهَارُ الْعُشُورُ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ بَالدِّلَاءِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
Translation
✧ On what the sky waters, and on baʿl (crops watered by roots), and on rivers: one-tenth; and on what is watered by manual irrigation with buckets: half of one-tenth.
