✧ When Is It Estimated

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنِ ابْنَيْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقُولُ لِلْخُرَّاصِ إِذَا بَعَثَهُمُ: " احْتَاطُوا لِأَهْلِ الْمَالِ فِي النَّائِبَةِ وَالْوَاطِيَةِ وَمَا يَجِبُ فِي الثَّمَرِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ used to say to the estimators when he sent them: "Make allowance for the owners of property in the fallen fruit, the trodden fruit, and what is due on fruit as a right."
