عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ:
خَرَصَهَا ابْنُ رَوَاحَةَ أَرْبَعِينَ أَلْفَ وَسْقٍ، وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ لَمَّا أَنْ خَيَّرَهُمُ ابْنُ رَوَاحَةَ أَخَذُوا التَّمْرَ، وَعَلَيْهِمْ عِشْرُونَ أَلْفَ وَسْقٍ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: Abū al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh say:
✧ Ibn Rawāḥah estimated it at forty thousand wasqs, and he claimed that when Ibn Rawāḥah gave the Jews the choice, they took the dates, and they owed twenty thousand wasqs.
