عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أُخْبِرْتُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: Sulaymān b. Mūsā said, "I was informed that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:"
✧ The well is jubar (no liability), the mine is jubar, the animal is jubar, and on rikaz the fifth is due.
