عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ مُزَاحِمٍ قَالَ:
تُعْطِيهَا أَهْلَ قَرَابَتِكَ الَّذِي أَنْتَ فِيهِمْ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ فَالَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ
Translation

✧ Give it to the people of your kinship among whom you are; if you do not find them, then those next after them.
