✧ If Its Zakat Is Paid, It Is Not a Treasure
7197 7142 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ [١]، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِثْلَهُ. متن مخفيمَا أَدَّى زَكَاتَهُ فَلَيْسَ بِكَنْزٍ وَإِنْ كَانَ تَحْتَ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ وَمَا كَانَ ظَاهِرًا لَا يُؤَدَّى زَكَاتُهُ فَهُوَ كَنْزٌ [١] كذا في طبعة المكتب الإسلامي، والصواب: ( عبيد الله بن عمر العمري )
Translation
✧ What has had its zakat paid is not a treasure, even if it is under seven layers of earth; and what is visible but its zakat is not paid is a treasure.
