عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ:
سَلَفَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ مَالَ يَتِيمٍ، فَكَانَ عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثَ سِنِينَ، فَكَانَ يُزَكِّيهِ، وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ تِلْكَ الثَّلَاثُ سِنِينَ يُخْرِجُهَا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ
Translation
✧ Ibn ‘Umar loaned out an orphan’s wealth, and it remained owed to him for three years, and he used to pay zakāh on it while it was owed to him during those three years, taking it from their wealth.
