عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ " كَانَ إِذَا أَعْطَى الرَّجُلَ عَطَاءَهُ أَوْ عِمَالَتَهُ أَخَذَ مِنْهُ الزَّكَاةَ
Translation
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Aziz, when he gave a man his stipend or his wage, he would take the zakah from it.
