عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَقُولُ:
لَا صَدَقَةَ لِعَبْدٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ
Translation
✧ A slave may not give sadaqah without the permission of his master.
