عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:
لَا صَدَقَةَ لِلْعَبْدِ فِي مَالِ نَفْسِهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ
