✧ Rinsing the Mouth After Eating Fruit and What Fire Has Touched

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ:

أَتَانَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ بِخُبْزٍ وَلَحْمٍ فَأَكَلْنَا، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَمَضْمَضَ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ، ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ

Translation

✧ Abu Bakr came to us with bread and meat and we ate. Then he called for water, rinsed his mouth, and did not perform ablution. Then he stood up for prayer.
