عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
وُكِّلَ مِيكَائِيلُ بِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعِينَ ثَلَاثَ سِنِينَ يُعَلَّمُ أَسْبَابَ النُّبُوَّةِ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ ابْنَ ثَلَاثٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ وُكِّلَ بِهِ جِبْرَئِيلُ فَنَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ بِالْقُرْآنِ بِمَكَّةَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ، وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ، ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ " وَتُوُفِّيَ عُمَرُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ismāʿīl b. ʿAbdillāh, from Dāwūd b. Abī Hind, from al-Shaʿbī, who said:
✧ Mīkāʾīl was entrusted with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he was forty, for three years, teaching him the means of prophethood. When he became forty-three, Jibrīl was entrusted with him, and he brought down the Qurʾān upon him in Makkah for ten years and in Madinah for ten years. Then he died at sixty-three." ʿUmar also died at sixty-three.
