✧ What Has Been Narrated Regarding What Fire Has Touched of Severity

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ:

مَا أُبَالِي أَغَمَسْتُ يَدَيَّ فِي فَرْثٍ وَدَمٍ أَوْ أَكَلْتُ طَعَامًا قَدْ مَسَّتْهُ النَّارُ، ثُمَّ صَلَّيْتُ وَلَمْ أَتَوَضَّأْ، قَالَ: وَبِهِ كَانَ الْحَسَنُ يَأْخُذُ

Translation

✧ I do not care if I plunged my hands into dung and blood or ate food that fire had touched, then prayed and did not perform ablution. He said: And this is what al-Hasan used to follow.
