Translation

✧ A man died during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and a man came to him and said: "O Messenger of Allah, so-and-so has died." He said: "He has not died." Then he came to him a second time, then a third time. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "How did he die?" He said: "He slaughtered himself with a blade he had." So he did not pray over him.
